Japense knotweed or bindweed

We have this growing at the back of our property, were unsure if its japense knotweed or bindweek any ideas would be grateful!

    Some more photos of it in the same area ignore the 2nd one I put that there by mistake

    It looks like wild honeysuckle to me.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    The first pic has some Bindweed and Lonicera/honeysuckle. 

    The second pic looks like hazel. 

    The third and fourth pics do look similar to Japanese Knotweed but Id have to see more of the plant to be certain.

    Thanks! Yeah we didnt take anymore pictures of it, other than them close up and the larger part on picture 1 its basically a close up of that branch. Were actually in the process of buying this and the surveyor came back with not known on if theres knock weed. We have sent it to a specialist who deals with it this same pictures who confirmed it was, but I'm just wanting other opinions from non biased people really. When it got surveyed 4 years ago there was none but anything can change.

    I agree with Dove - those latter pictures do look very much like JK, but the first ones (and the one you just posted) are not.

    Ok, yeah that's all we got which is a shame. When you cut half off it did have a bamboo like stem on picture 3/4, so it doesnt look very promising

    Those hollow canes in the first pic could well be JKW, but the main stem with the coarse bark looks to me like elm.

    That wouldn't put me off buying a house. It's easy/cheap to keep under control.
