    you're obliged to " offer " them back. Chucking them back without permission is "fly tipping"

    Not what the person said though. They said ' We throw our cuttings into the jungle, and it now has an abundance of lillies, nasturtiums, fuschia, and all kinds of flowering weeds that the bees love. '
    Unless it's been badly worded, and we're all wrong of course.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
