Can anyone ID this plant please? Sorry the photos are a bit dark!

    The berries are only about 10mm wouldn't a crab apple be bigger?

    Thanks, do you know which variety? Cotoneaster had crossed my mind. It just appeared this year growing in the pot on top of a pillar, I didnt notice it at first because theres a holly tree next to it!

  • I'd say cotoneaster bullatus - had it in my last garden.

    Fantastic for bees, but I think it's classed as invasive now, along with a couple more of the genus.
