Afternoon Runners and Joyce. Yes, Runners, I am trapped in my house with a solid day of rain persisiting down. When I got back from the show yesterday, next door had scaffolding up - front and rear - and today the window men arrived. I would not have wanted my windows replaced on a day like today. Neighbour nipped across to apologise for the random van parking and also to tell me that she is pregnant. Baby due next February so I might be knitting teeny garments through this winter.
Joyce, it seems as though you might be getting some disturbance around you as the Council attempt to stabilise the embankment. Good for peeking out at though. How are the buckets in the eaves doing?

Hi Chey. You were so close. It was two sentences. I'm going stir crazy here. Sadly no cuppa soups to add some excitement to my life. How are things on the war front that is Buxton?

    Evening all.
Pleasant evening here. Sun just set down. Bats are ruling now around house. My  knee is same as yesterday, pretty tight. I have tomorrow and at sunday italian group at museum, so one more busy weekend.

Hi Chive. Bet you enjoyed with tee and cakes.

LB looks like a pleasure and peaceful night with mastermind and GW.

PF also saw Trump plans for Greenland😂. What can we expect for person like that. Hope so that Danes have good sense for humor.

Tea, cake and a good natter sounds ideal Chive.

Ante, I hope your two days at the museum don't make your knee more painful.

Did quite well on the Moghul Empire on Mastermind.

Quite impressed.  Have had phone call from chap to do with my insurance and undermining of garage.  He is coming late afternoon tomorrow to take photos and he texted me his car type, colour and reg number for identity as he isn't employed directly by the insurance company.

Maybe PF, you are never certain with him.

I'm going to make a cup of tea. Want to watch Jaws but it's late and I feel sleepy already.
