Sambucus yes, not sure about nigra though, the colour should be purple black. On the nigra the younger leaves might be green tinged but by the time it's that big they are black like this

    Maybe this one?

    Just to clarify....
Sambucus nigra is normally green..the common name is Elderberry.
Sambucus nigra cos it has black berries.

It can be found in ornamental cultivars /hybrids with different names...some have dissected leaves eg.
    Sambucus nigra Black Lace...dark leaves.
    Sambucus nigra Thundercloud..dark leaves.
    Sambucus nigra purpurea..dark leaves.
All Sambucus nigra whether green or purple leaved have black berries.

There is also another sp of Sambucus.
Sambucus racemosa...which also with green leaves..it has fab red berries.
    It also has different cultivars.
    eg. Sambusus  racemosa  Sutherlands Gold.
    .....Sambucus racemosa plumosa aurea.
Some of which have dissected leaves and can have  golden foliage.
    They will have red berries.

    Hope this helps.
