    Based on the photos you have there, I think it's not too late to do that. Once you have re-potted, make sure they get watered in well. From what you say, it's very possible your plant has not had enough watering recently. Keep it somewhere semi-shaded for the first week, and slowly introduce it to more sun. If it doesn't perk up in a week, cut down the plant by about a half and see if you get more new growth.
