Some idiot (Oh! - that would be me then...) thought Herb Robert might make an attractive ground cover in the woodland border. Shall we just say -  in just one season it is an extraordinarily enthusiastic coverer of the ground - where you want it, where you don’t, whatever the soil conditions - there he goes.

Reminds me of when I once (innocently) planted Saponaria in a border and spent the next 5 years digging it out...

Well done for coming back Dave, I knew you weren’t going to grow those plants, said it all along but just a bit of fun to stir up us passionate gardeners. 😘
I'd be called a shitstirrer for what you did

@philippa smith2 I have reported that sexist post too, it’s beyond a joke!

Oh my @Lyn how you've calmed down out of a sudden.

Don't take notice of some awful behaviour @dave56armstrong on this thread...there are some OK people you can ask questions without being judged instantly on this forum. But you'll have to find them past the petty keyboard warriors. Take this thread as your baptism of fire and don't be put off  :)
@lyn is not a nice person with the way she speaks to people which is a real shame as she seemed nice at first 😢 water off a ducks back

Oh well, we did try and change the nature of this thread, but what the heck.  I'll just let you get on with it.

She might be knowledgeable but she's nasty with it. Some clever people out there are very smart and knowledgeable but they are nasty and uncouth.
