Lavender recommendations please
I'm going to have to do for my lavender😡.
I bought a tray of an unnamed variety and they've turned out to be the ones whose flower stems get very tall and fall over. I've left them a couple of years longer than i should have because I thought that pruning would sort it, but apparently, that's its nature.
Could anyone recommend a bushy lavender, preferably with dark blue flowers (dark not essential but definitely blue)?

Good luck!

I was just looking at Pete8 and raisingirl suggestions and found this useful picture of them side by side. Pure luck it came up no affiliation or nuffin, just a place that has a lot of them.

They've been pruned into a tight bush a couple of times, but it's never going to work

Your one is supposed to be the best for oil content if that is any consolation.
Was just reading the "best " for a slightly shaded position is angustifolia, but they still prefer sun.
@Shrinking Violet that one looks nice, is it in full sun?
I think we might have to be lavenderless B3. Or you have a spot in full sun for a pot.

Thanks for the link @Bright star. I could get some ready after I get rid of the others. Will let them flower first.
