Salvia Amistad
Everything I’ve read said the eventual height should be 3.5-4 feet tall. However I’ve just come across this photo of Monty with his 6 foot tall Amistads 😬 Is it his growing conditions? Mine will be in full sun, Yorkshire. 6 feet would be way too tall so if this is the norm I may have to rethink where I place it.

I do manure the soil every year, so they'd be smaller on poorer soils I'd guess

Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
If that's too wide, just replace them every couple of years. They're so easy from cuttings and a cutting taken this summer will still produce a 6ft plant the following year

This is was the height of one of mine (not one of the leggy ones!) last year (sunny, clay). About 3-4ft. I’m hoping to keep it at about that height, but a little bushier...
