I remember looking at a house that was in desperate need of redecorating, apart from under the stairs where it had been newly painted.
I told the estate agent that i could see evidence of woodworm there.
He told me not to worry as gloss paint kills woodworm.

And don’t forget its obligatory if you are a builder to wear low-slung jeans showing your crack. Not spotted an estate agent doing this, but there is always a first.

That's because they always follow you so that the house looks bigger without them filling up the room.

Oh the days of scaffolding wit,  what I wouldn’t give now to be wolf whistled from above.
the girls would do an extra wiggle and giggle as they teetered along on 3” stilettos.

They'd expect a call from the police if they did that in Nottingham, Lyn.

I was walking with my dog a while ago and spotted a couple of guys from Essex & Suffolk Water working on the pavement.
I asked if they were fixing a leak and got the reply, 'no, were fitting a water meter' then he added 'there will probably be a leak by the time we're finished though'
Brilliant  :D at least they were honest!
