Is this Hydrangea dead or alive?

    I wonder if you cut out the dead would this help? Others may have a better idea .fingers crossed for you.

    Further to my earlier posts, those green bits l can see, have they been nibbled by snails or something? 
    Give it 3 weeks to a month and see what happens, l have my fingers crossed!   :)

    Not that I know of. Definitely haven’t seen any snails or slugs.
