Thanks Dove, Roland says he’ll have the croissants, I’ll have the pot of coffee.
Ive had a packet of desiccated coconut and a recipe book sat on the table for a week now, must get round to making those biscuits.
Rain forecast for the next three days, plent of time for cooking then😀

Bacon sarnies would be just lovely for a Bank Holiday Monday  :)

I've got a hankering to bake a cake while OH is at work ...

I've got all the ingredients ... not quite enough ground almonds (someone's nicked some to add to their muesli  :/) but I'll up the polenta to make up for it.

Oh lovely @Dovefromabove. That's very similar to the Rick Stein recipe I made for my birthday https://www.bbc.com/food/recipes/clementine_and_almond_72249 - delish  B)

What is it that we like about gardening?  The fact that we gardeners really deserve our bacon sarnies and cake ;)

I prefer a sausage in my sandwich, although bacon would do :)
