Well it's a sad Saturday morning with no Gardener's world to look forward to till next spring 😭😭 Despite the bits im not too bothered by we never miss an episode and still call it our "TV highlight of the week". Certainly a moment in the week of gentle, kind TV that I thoroughly enjoy. Hope the whole team behind the program enjoy a good winter despite the turmoil all around and come back next spring to provide my shield against all the bad stuff. 👍👍👍👍

  • It was a nice episode to sum up the year. And fun that at last they gave a bit of time to show the filming set ups they've used all year. Monty will be disappointed if he's expecting a camera crew come spring...won't be out of the woods that quickly.

I will miss it too. I haven’t seen yesterday’s yet - maybe I will keep it for a rainy day...so that’s any day this week then.

I caught up with it this afternoon. Enjoyed the visit to Harlow Carr and the winter garden.
Hopefully when restrictions eased after the first lockdown they were able to get organised and film pieces for next year's series.
At least they know what's required to film at Longmeadow if things are still the same next Spring. It was all very slick by the end.

    It was beautiful!

I particularly liked the brief glimpse we were given of that loveliest of dogs, Nigel, whilst the final credits were running. <3

I had actually thought Monty might announce he was going, but felt relieved when he didn't.
