If you’ve not watched it yet, @AuntyRach , try to count how many times Nick Bailey says ‘in terms of’. I’ve not watched many of the Chelsea Flower Show catch-ups but I bet they’re awash with plants being described as zingy or a real pop of colour. My view is strident or, being very un PC, common. Yes, begonias, I’m looking at you.

Our local hardware shop that has been open throughout is shifting a lot of sacks of compost.  Strange because the main garden centre a couple of miles away is now open.

Most of the supermarkets seem to have some. I picked some up in Aldi last week and Tesco had plenty of bags in store today. Might be worth a try if you're struggling to get any.
I’ve no idea what I’m doing.

Did any one else notice David Domoney planting a plum on grow your own? he said he was looking forward to plums in November to December. Out of the freezer , I presume. I ran it back twice to check as I couldn't believe it.  I get plums August to September.

Didn't get that far.   Fell asleep.   Monty is a very good somnifère/soporific.

I find that, even though I love the programme, I can easily fall asleep. I sometimes re-watch it when more awake or purposely put it on to fall asleep too. Same with Attenborough programmes.
