Whilst moving some heavy terracotta pots today one of the rims shattered and almost severed one of my finger nails ......nice eh ?When the bleeding stopped I applied a thick coat of superglue to bond the nail ; it appears to have worked . Impervious to water it seems to have an almost ceramic property .Probably give time…

Didn't find the teabag plus superglue worked for me - must have been the wrong sort of teabags.
