Salvia "So cool pale blue"

    I must say, the photo on the Dyson link I posted looks more lilac than ‘cool pale blue’ and it is described as mauve. I have just ordered some penstemon sour grapes to underplant my white roses with instead. Salvia Scabra Saffina looks quite similar in colour, annual in the UK, seeds available - maybe that would be a temporary substitute until you get your hands on the real deal, Anni?!

    I have put in a few So Cool Blue for the bees but pollinators seem not remotely interested. Has anyone else noticed this - or are they popular with your wildlife?

    They do go for it but l find it tends to be one of last on the list, especially at the moment when there are so many other things to tempt them.
