I can't get mine away from the computer - beautiful sunny day and he prefers to sit indoors (probably knows I've a long list of jobs I want him to do, including emptying out the compost bins for HIS veg beds! )

    Evening all.
Lovely day in the garden for us too.
More plants dug up and moved into the new border. I can't believe how much stuff has grown in the last week.

@Hostafan1 our canna is in the studio ... OH said this morning that he’s sure if he’d stayed up late painting he’d have been able to watch it grow overnight 😶

@Hostafan1 smile 😊 OH wants yo know whether a banana plant would be happy in our studio in the winter.  Centrally heated but not at night, but it’s actually part of the kitchen connected by an archway so it doesn’t get really cold.

I've heard of folk letting them dry out and storing them in the attic over the winter. My guess is your studio never goes below freezing ( not good for paint I reckon ) so it'd be fine in there. Mine lives in the unheated polytunnel all winter  ( -5C recorded in there one night)

Well ... we have to go past their new place when we go down to the Suffolk coast ... so it’d be rude not to, wouldn't it? 😇
