    British Gas!! Engineer came to fix dishwasher on Wednesday, has to come back next week . Now they're saying they HAVEN'T got the part they told him they DID have and it'll be at least 2 weeks before they can get it. 
    " Are you saying there isn't one of these parts anywhere in Europe which you can't get to Devon in less than 2 weeks?"   " erm, I know what you mean.........."

    I use Msoft  word on my iPad, never paid anything for it.
