I'm sure there a a lot of plants that have been named The Bride - then they're a popular choice for weddings
That's why Latin names are used Exochorda and Gaura  - then there's no confusion

And I've just sown 32 Gaura seeds :)

Big enough for me thanks Lyn - 150ft x 40ft, but it'll be 140ft x 40ft when the extension is done.

With all the perennials coming up I'm beginning to wonder where I'm going to put all the plants I've got in my cold frames - including the ones you so kindly sent, but I'll find somewhere

It’s strange how they look a lot but once you start planting, they all fit in somewhere, secret is not to sow too many of each variety then you can have different plants instead of loads of one.

I've got a west-facing border about 50ish ft long - I'm trying to keep some control over what I plant in there (it'll be a first if it happens!) and I'm trying to thread waves of one type of plant to give continuity - only blues/white/silver and pink allowed.
This will be year 2 and over the last week, all of a sudden it all seems to be growing strongly, I'm thinning out the forget-me-nots as they seem to be everywhere at this time of year - but I do love em.

Explosion in a paint factory effect here Pete, if it grows for me it goes in.
same with borders full of forget me nots.

Mine seems to take on pinks, lilacs pale blue in the early summer, but after that it’s hot colours so I sow brights. Looks completely different at the end of summer.
