I have spoken to them  they are supportive but their budget comes in April so they have no money at present.
Social media and local gardeners  I haven't tried them yet

The RHS runs programmes for gardening in schools and may be able to help you with advice about how to proceed, how to manage resources, how to include it all in the school curriculum.

An appeal to parents for packets of suitable seeds might help and there's a seed swap thread on here where you could ask if anyone has spare seeds to offer.

Great idea, we have to get the young interested in gardening, discovering where food is grown, perhaps you could get parents to contribute even a packet of seeds, they could get for under a quid from Sainsbury,Wilko,Poundland, edibles would be great something quick, small kids are impatient.I hve loads of extra seeds packets, a lot that come free on my Garden Weekly, if you want to PM your address would be happy to send the to you.

As @Obelixx says the RHS schools gardening scheme will give you a lot of useful resources. You could try writing to some of the seed companies & explain what you are trying to do they may donate some seeds / bulbs.
