Meanwhile, any thoughts on this rocket look alike.
While the leaves appear like garden rocket, they don't seem to be wild rocket. I hope I'm not mistaking a common dandelion here but the leaves seem a lot more numerous.

I think that might be wintercress, Barbarea Vulgaris.

I was told today that this one is a problem and that it shouldn't be allowed to flower.
It does seem to be spreading aggressively but with a light shallow root that is easily removed.
