    Went to allotment today
Pams Pastures , great sized g/h , best thing I got , I’m sure you will enjoy it
  • I potted on my lupins. Was hoping to spend whole afternoon in garden but it was too cold and then hailed. Wish I had a greenhouse to shelter in!!

Didn't get a thing done as went down to Luton with hubby as he was judging rabbits and I was his book steward. Missed all the rain/hail and saw nothing but blue skys.

    Tin pot said:
    Moved tulips
Trimmed more old clematis, collected into brown bin
    Unearthed cypress goldcrest
Dug up all the anemones and moved to the front garden under the tree
Dug up the hydrangea and moved to front corner for shelter from the sun
    Moved two sweet williams
Sprinted after toddler who’d made a bid for freedom through the open garden gate toward the road
    Went on the swings

Still got a few things to do but having a nap with said toddler

I think the plants I’ve moved will be in for a rough night but I couldn’t wait, and did a rush job

Had to stay in a bit longer than I wanted but the rain came anyway.

Managed to get out and replant the cypress in a planter with some compost, grit and mulch.

Blood fish and bone over everything. Watered it in a bit too.

Mulched wood chip around the hydrangea and berberis.

More tidying up and rearranged pots and planters on the patio...think I need five times the tulips and primroses that I’ve got.  I always think a couple of flowers will fill a huge space

Then tools away and in for some tea.

Too late back to check garden so will see if any damage in the morning @GWRS. Show was great. Hubby put a Belgian Hare best fancy rabbit,  and a mini lop best lop rabbit and a rex went best in show. 🙂
