I shall be happy to have GW back but, as ever, will record it cos I always fall asleep, no matter when I watch it.

Much more excited about Beechgrove which, with any luck will start at the end of March.

It's only Monty on GW that's practically guaranteed to send me to sleep.

Oh no! Monty is the reason I’m watching it.
It’s all those not-really-gardening episodes that make the programme a bit of a bore sometime.

  • Thanks for the info Kitty 2, I'll keep an eye open for Beechgrove.  No didn't see the Big Dream, Small Spaces series sound just mike me, big dreams but small garden. We have and odd shape rear garden more like a big T the T is the bit we are turning into a veg garden and the rest will we hope be flower beds, lawn and somewhere to sit.

I am keeping a note book of how to do thing that people on here have advised others, how my seed and plant have done, what I've lost etc. Also what the weather is like so next year I hope not to make the same mistakes.

I prefer Beechgrove, although it’s from Scotland, the timing for sowing and planting is suitable for me here in Devon.

Absolutely love GW exactly as it is, perfect mix of various topics and features and it's got Nigel too - not too keen on Nelly though and it could be a bit longer.
    Luv Dave
