Two year old piloting hedging

I have rust developing on my piloting hedge can I spray it with a solution of Jeyes Fluid or any other suggestions ? Barb.

    Jeyes fluid will kill it and any other vegetation (and insect life) around it.

    I don't grow Photinia, but hopefully someone here will be able to help.

    From what l can discover @Bgcchipstead ,the best thing to do first is to clear away any dead leaves from around the floor of the shrubs. Can you give us a bit more info, do you know how old the hedge is, is it in a sunny or shady spot? If you can post any photos showing the damage to the leaves, that would help as well. As Pete says, please don't use Jeyes Fluid, that would probably finish them off. Oh, and welcome to the forum!  :)
