Morning. Sunny Suffolk yesterday was just that - sunny - but very cold -5.2C first thing rising to a high of about 2C. Very hard frost but in the sunshine it was all sparkly white and beautiful.
Clear skies last night - saw the lunar eclipse at about 4am. The moon was big and very bright before that - didn't see any unusual colours.
Has since clouded over and the temp has risen by 3 degrees in 3 hours. We're now at 0C, slightly misty and a pale pink sky forming.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Although I am still skeptical re the power of the moon on growing plants , its power of attraction did drag me out of my bed early this morning just in time to take this photo of a super "blood moon".

Lovely photo Papi jo. Full moon clearly seen when we went to bed at 11pm. Needless to say thick cloud when we got up to have a look at the blood moon ! Still cloudy but getting a bit brighter now 11am (Glos).
Same here bright moon at bedtime but too cloudy to see anything in the morning. There was a blood red sun for about 10 mins around 8am but completely grey again since, 4th consecutive frost today they are getting deeper each time.
Thank you for sharing your picture of the blood moon with us Papi Jo. My husband got up at 3 a.m. to take some pictures of it, but there was too much cloud here. Which part of Brittany do you live in?
The weather is overcast, no wind so not particularly cold - around 6 degrees, some sun but mostly cloud and now light rain. I think we are due some strong winds tonight.
