  • The same here all day. It drizzled wet rain. No fog but boring . Wall to wall blue sky at the moment, should be a lovely day if it stays.

There was a glimmer of sunshine earlier but it's gone now. Back to non-weather now (we did get a bit of rain in the afternoon yesterday).

  • Storm #3 is almost done.  We had 15 inches of snow from that last storm, and probably 5 or 6 inches from this one.  Unfortunately, it's warmed up and we're now getting freezing rain, so it's packing all the snow down and making everything treacherously icy.  In total, we ended up with just over 2 feet of snow in seven days.  I'm bone weary from cleanup at this point!  It's wonderful, though, because a good snowpack means a melt-off in the spring that will replenish our wells, which means water for the garden.  Always look on the bright side.  :)

Sunny with some cloud and a gentle breeze temp 6c feels like 3c
  • Absolutely glorious day. Sunny, warm, dry. Managed to get some washing dry. Clouded over slightly by late afternoon. Ho hum. Who is a happy bunny!
  • Long-range forecast is fairly cold; teens during the day to below zero F at night (-7 to -18 C) for the next week.  No more snow storms, though!  I knew we'd pay for that mild November and December.  ;)

The forecast says that there's going to be some sun this afternoon so the washing is out. It's just hanging there at the moment though.

The sun is out, it is quite mild, blue skies and no wind. Lovely.
  • It has been mixed all day.
I took the dog for his walk around 3.30 pm so much later than usual and boy was the breeze chilly. It was lovely to be able to go out at that time and it still is daylight.
