Sunny Scunny 😊 isn’t a million miles away from me, either!

A bit further than 17 miles, though.
  • We have had a couple of lovely days, chilly but dry and sunny. Last night there was a stunning sunset, the sky was on fire. This morning there was a lovely soft sunrise which sadly has given way to a grey cloud. But it is still dry.

It looks very pretty though. "Weather" is the price you pay for living somewhere with hills and scenery :)
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
  • Storm #2 - 9 inches of snow so far.

They've bumped up storm #3 (Wednesday) from 6-8 inches to now 9-12 inches of snow.  I can see my garden on the other end of the shed, but it's going to be a while before I can get in there. ;)
    New England, USA
Metacomet soil with hints of Woodbridge and Pillsbury

Hope tomorrow's projected storm won't be too bad @CrankyYankee, any more and I'd be up to my waist!

Another hard frost this am then sunshine. Reached 6c by 2.30 pm, I had thought it was going to be warmer today.
North East Somerset - Clay soil over limestone
  • What a glorious day.
Wall-to-wall blue sky and sunshine all day. There were loads of people walking on the beach, a  lot with dogs but also, many people just enjoying a walk.
I felt very divided as I could have been working in the garden but couldn't resist the lure of a beach walk.

It's what I call "non-weather" - flat grey featureless cloud, no breeze, no rain, no frost, no warmth.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

The temperature outside today was warmer than it has been for weeks but as no sunshine, the house is still cold. Definitely grey, miserable,  “non weather”.
My garden and I live in South Wales.
