A slight thaw yesterday, but it was just below freezing last night and is now starting to rain.
Very treacherous on the side roads, a week after it snowed.
    Around 1 degree at 9.30am.

(Not by your standards) But, I have to say it is cold down here -  8°C no wind, no sun, overcast and gloomy..  Mittens and woolly hat in order for our walk this afternoon!!
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

Heavy rain since lunchtime but warmer, well, above freezing anyway. Snow/ice has all melted but roads were very wet with large puddles.

    Actually, it wasn't that cold.

  • We stayed in all yesterday because it had rained overnight, instantly freezing on every surface, including the gravel drive.  The concrete path was lethal!  But today reached 12C - I even contemplated raking some leaves, but the wind got up.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
  • 12C over night.
Everything is wet in the house entrance, because it's warmer outside than inside.

    I my garden.

Rain today but the temperature has gone up a few degrees.

All the snow has disappeared and at the moment (8.30am) it is 12 degrees. Quite windy.
  • Awful!
Dog and I were drenched yesterday, heavy rain all day. Today it is bowing a hooley, very dar and wet again.
The garden looks really miserable, frost blackened, and now sodden.
