-7°C down here in the south, this morning!  Hard frost but bright sun now and no wind.  Temperature is +5°C now.  Beautiful winter's day!

Very hard frost,  currently at allotment minus 1 at moment , sun is shining
  • Where the sun reached the ground the frost lifted but the bottom 1/3 of the lawn stayed white all day.  Frost has returned everywhere now.

Currently experiencing very cold weather down here.  -7°C yesterday morning with a high of 5°C - sunny.  Today a little warmer with -3°C this morning and the nice weather lady tells us to expect a cold wave this weekend with rain maybe on Sunday!

  • Odd day here,  in spite of thick clouds all day it's stayed dry and the frost lifted, but it was back to  0 by the early pm.
