My first snowdrops are out

    It wasn't a mowerman Rubytoo, it was a ruddy big tractor with those huge wheels! Reckon the snowdrops just got absolutely squashed.

    The latest failure was from a pot of happily flowering aconites bought at RHS Rosemoor. I must have black fingers.

    No snowdrops yet (in Swansea) but miniature Crocus poking their heads out already in front garden. Also bluebells (leaves only) been out since December
