I've never used the myco fungi powder either. If it ain't broke and all that. I expect it's like any other industry though - someone, somewhere, comes up with an idea, and that gets marketed and promoted as the latest 'must have' thing. The great unwashed falls for it in large numbers, so the product makes lots of money. Fast forward 6 months, and there's another 'must have'. And so on, ad infinitum. Or am I cynical?
Gullible consumerism. Like those who have to have the newest phone because it's the dog's do dahs, until next year when then next one comes out and they think their current phone is a pile of plap.
forgive me for flying off at a tangent, but .... women's cosmetic adverts!! Fight the 7 signs of ageing, Hyloraronic acid, pentapeptides etc etc, no scientific evidence whatsoever to back it up ( being a cosmetic they don't have to ), but ( some ) women seem to be suckered into buying it.
Yes Lyn, but with diet, exercise and, apparently, "high-tech" moisturisers you can delay the signs.
"high-tech" , very expensive , with no evidence whatsoever to back them up. I forgot to mention "active liposones" whatever they're supposed to be. Why do ( some ) women fall for this stuff. The shelves, and TV are full of it.
Good skin is a result of good genes, keeping hydrated and not smoking ... the stuff they try to sell us is an attempt to shut the stable door after the horse has bolted.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Definitely not smoking and keeping hydrated is the secret, Lots of fruit, no stodge pasta and potatoes, I do use moisturiser every day, and always have, I’m quite pleased that I have kept my figure and good skin despite being 102😀

The phone thing always gets me @Hostafan1 . Yes get the new model as yours is getting full and running slower. The new phone has similar storage capacity but when all your junk is transferred miraculously you have plenty of spare gigabytes. 🙄 What a con.
I often wonder if these women have ever thought of saving all their money instead, and just getting plastic surgery when they get to fifty. Must be around the same amount of dosh
Phones....help
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
