    A Mother's love...


    This mother and her baby have been visiting my MIL's garden at dusk for the last few nights.

    I was heading out of the back door and there he was. If you look closely you can see his little bare stomach. He and his missus are still feeding a baby or babies, they turn up with various insects in their beaks, looking for a suet top up. This must be the last brood now l would think. He's in danger of disappearing !

    The new young visitor had made a bit of an error...



    And then tried taking a bite out of the water bowl...



    But it all worked out eventually...



    And after a little more exploring...



    The food bowl was discovered.



    It was all most exciting.
