@Valley Gardener Oh yes, there are many beautiful scenes here to paint. Fantastic old Mediterranean villas, shuttered from the hot sun. People drinking coffee in the village square on market day (which is what we did this morning under the plane trees). Seascapes. Vineyards and fields of sunflowers and wheat in the summer with windswept landscapes here in the winter and occasionally a whiff of snow in January.
There are also many artists and many many exhibitions to meander around. The various councils dedicate a lot of time to artists and craftsmen to exhibit their talents calling them "The Arts Markets".
Well you did mention the words "beautiful scenery" !!
