So sorry @Hazel-1 for not replying sooner. Shes about 15 months, give or take. Shes finger tame, and comes out every night when the cats are in bed. Heres a pic of her on her way to bed!

Here is my latest oil painting,a bit out of my comfort zone, with a mix of Acrylic (silver) and water soluble oils. @Hazel-1 Has your OH picked up his brushes yet Hazel?

I hope it's ok to put up the new addition to our family. He still doesn't have a name, so Dog will do for now. He is part Husky and part Alsatian and he is 8 weeks old.
At long last I have been able to go to my allotment after my fall and hip replacement. I thought the day would never come and three months without seeing your garden is a long time. Still a bit dodgy on the old legs but just have to be careful and realise I will have to take it easy. I was very apprehensive as to what I would find at first sight but was delighted that not a lot had changed with it being winter months. Most shrubs and plants were obviously dormant with a few new buds showing here and there especially on my hydrangeas which I was pleased to see. I was also amazed at how few weeds had grown as I had expected them to have taken over. The primroses, primulas and hellebore provided the little colour there was to be seen. Have replenished all the bird feeders so hopefully the birds will find their way back in time for the Birdwatch this weekend. Was sad that they had had to do without for so long. A few photos of the colour that greeted me.
