Morning everyone, what a wild weather night but the sun has just come out this morning.  LB how lovely the little video of all the cats and kittens snuggled up together made me smile.

A basket with 26 tea towels Ruby.  Half of them can go into a bag to be used for "rough" cleaning and then dumped.

    Morning
Could you see if my ancient orangey / red pottery butter dish is in there please Joyce? Think it may have gone to charity shop many moons ago because we don't usually have 'proper' butter for the table anymore and it hadn't been used in years.
OH bought some Yorkshire butter on a whim while we were away & now wants a butter dish to put it in. We're having crumpets & butter for lunch apparently...

Doing a bit of fettling in the caravan today 'cos the sun is making it look more enticing out there.

SGL - I'll be in touch with you later today.

    SYL folks.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

A stainless steel butter dish and lid T'bird.
Aprons, tea cosy, steam bags, freezer bags, toastie bags....lots of kitchen paraphernalia But nothing interesting.  At least the cupboard is now tidy.

Well done Joyce, you will be glad that you had a clear out .
No MU ,and I can’t remember what it was .
One of my kitchen cupboards will have to be sorted.I sorted it about three months ago,but the gremlins have been busy and now it is hazardous to open the door.

More dekkies done. I'm similar weatherwise to Lants, Joyce and M-U.
I am just pottering about today - lots of displacement activity! That means nowt will get done.
I have periodically emptied my crockery cupboards over this year. Now I have lots of room. Is it too silly to have loads of empty shelves in kitchen (wall) cupboards - especially when one is vertically challenged like me and in need of stepladders to get stuff off the top shelf?
Joyce - pardon my ignorance but what is a steam bag?

LB, steam bag is for doing veg or fish in microwave. Haven't used them for years but they're back in the cupboard....

Wow Runners, that is excellent service. I hope Joyce's parcel has arrived too. Thank you Joyce for educating me about steam bags. M-U - will the broken door mean that the outdoorsers home will be open to the elements? Your annual worry about the river level must be a nightmare for you.
