    Good Morning Everyone,

    Bright cold and frosty morning
Today the electric is being turned off for essential work so I will be disappearing  shortly.  I've done the washing, heated the water up, filled some flasks with hot water, filled a hot water bottle and got the camping cooker out.  Wish they had chosen a milder day to do the work.
Will catch up with you all later.  Be good.  LB - send some of your hot gossip this way to keep us warm.

Morning PF and F'edge. Fingers crossed all goes well with the electricity shut down.

LB - the sun is shining so that will help.  Just thinking about the poor men working out there with cold fingers.

Thats very true F'edge. My fingers would just seize up if I was attempting anything fiddly outside today.

The Mrs P's have brought Mr P along today. He perched on the shed roof and I was about to take a picture when he walked - in that stately way that pheasants do - to the end of the shed and the only view I got was of his tail feathers. Another time maybe.

    Morning all.
Lants, it usually happens to you but, hearing a metal ladder on the wall, I jumped (?) out of bed and grabbed my dressing gown. The window cleaner clearing the gutters. It was 10.30 though and I'd gone back to bed to read.
Pansy, careful out there. You don't want any breaks or bruises.
    F'edge, keep warm.

Forest hope you won't be long without electricity, keep wrapped up.  Lily hope your headache has lessened today.  A cooler day and the cats are hibernating.  Had two cups of tea to wake me up as is my usual.  Morning LB and Pansy.
