Help with my Money Plant (Jade Plant)

Hi, I have a problem with my Money Plant. It is dropping leaves and has white bits on, also there seems to be a lot of black seed like things around it. I’ve had a google and think it may either be Mealy bug or powdery mildew. I have sprayed it with a spray for aphids / mealy bugs and then spotted the bug like thing on it.…

Thanks Paul, I’ve had a nosey at your profile (sorry!) and you seem to be expert in this department, so after discussion with my hubby I am going to go with the drastic action next weekend. What concentrate of bleach what I use?
