    I certainly laughed as I saw in my mind's eye those 5 true citizens of our land working so hard to keep Britain clean and tidy! 

    I imagine, whatever the council pays them, isn't enough...

    I'm so glad that helped you laugh a little as, judging by what you wrote earlier, your friend is back in hospital and you've been, naturally, concerned and stressed.
