When I ordered my shopping online yesterday, I added some kitchen rolls.  As I was feeling in need of some "fun", I chose the decorated sort!  (I only did that sort of thing at Christmas, when my children were young!)  My shopping arrived a few minutes ago; the decorated paper has pride of place in my kitchen! :D

When my granddaughter was 4, she went to a little friend's birthday party, just a few days before Christmas.  There she discovered decorated loo paper, so ever since my daughter has to make sure there's "special" paper for Christmas!  :D

Listening to the radio: Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E Minor: HEAVEN!
    (I know, I'm easily pleased!)

    I'm sure Mendelssohn would disagree😉

10 of the nearly 500 suppliers who passed through the ‘high-priority’ lane were handed contracts. This compares to around one in 100 of those who went through the normal lane.

It would be interesting to see where the government will manage to bury bad brexit news once interest in the virus wanes.

We shall be fed and no doubt rejoice with relief at the many myths of the enormous successes of "liberation"...

  • I’ve stopped moaning about ‘it’ @punkdoc ... nothing is happening that I didn’t expect to happen.

What I find hard to take is the moaning of those who voted for ‘it’ ... now that what I said would happen, is happening ... when they said I didn’t know what I was talking about 🙄
