Herbaceous Virginia creeper?

    Unless my neighbour is mistaken, Virginia Creeper is what I've got on the wall here. Leaves turn a stunning colour this time of year. Sadly the strong winds of Carnoustie are blowing them all away post haste at the minute!

    @Dirty Harry. Your photo shows Boston Ivy ... Parthenocissus tricuspidata ... it has a simple lobed leaf whereas Virginia Creeper (Parthenocissus quinquefolia) has the five separate leaflets indicated by its name. 

    The two are often confused.
