Please help me to identify my Clematis

This Clematis is growing through the Camellia in my front garden (getting a bit battered by the wind!) Can anyone help me to identify it. All I know is that it is not a Montana.

The top picture (on my laptop aty least) is a truer picture of the colour. It is not as dark as it appears in the second picture. Thank you in advance!

Does it cling to supports by twining its leaf stems around them, or is it a non-clinging  scrambler?

Its a twiner Dove. I have a vague recall it is a Viticella but for the life of me I cannot a) remember its name or b) find the label!

Oh  :(  I was thinking it might be Sweetheart, which I saw not long ago and which is a lovely clematis ... but it's not a twiner .... neither is Hendryetta which is also a similar pink with four petals.

It has 4 tepals/petals PF. I just have a feeling that once someone says a name a light bulb will switch on in my head. Well thats what I'm hoping anyway. It isn't Abigail Obelixx but thank you.

Try that thing of 'going through the alphabet' L'bird. Saying the letter sometimes rings a bell  :)
It's not one I recognise, so can't help. Perhaps Richard will see it.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

You can do a search on that website - just put in colour of tepals and anthers and viticella and you'll get a list.   Only 4 pink tepals/cream stamens/viticella results and Abigail was the nearest so try with yellow stamens or white and see what that gets you.

    I think Marlorena is right.
