tree lilies feeling down

I had a tree lilies from three years back dug them up some very big bulbs and lots are small I took good care to see if any had anything on them or something ate them only two had holes in then I put side I sprayed all with bug killer. Today's very cold didn't want to do any gardening but l have too much work. Yesterday I made a big mistake l know you do not suppose take the stalks top of lilies l know they suppose die back it was so cold l had a brain freeze I took few stalks of my lilies are not going to flowers next year I am so stupid l am worried now.
