    I give up!!!!!! This tablet keeps changing my words and he is  getting it so wrong !!!!!!!
  • It’s the pricking out I have a problem with. I’ve potted up 50 hollyhocks and there are probably about 200 seedlings still left in the tray but I don’t have any more space/pots to devote to them. I have family / neighbours and friends who will happily take my potted plants off me  :)

    Ah! A suitable case for sowing in a smaller container😀

    its right though, people will buy plants, or bay leaves in a GH, supermarket or nursery and be happy to pay £5. 6. Or 7.00.  Somehow they think that because these people must be ‘experts’ in their field, the items will be better. 
    I used to put plants out on an Honesty Stall, with a flyer about the charity I was supporting, most people were good but 3 years running, my friend put a tray of strawberry plants on there for me and someone would take them and put a 2p coin in the box!   It’s not the money, I didn’t want the money, it was the principle of the thing.
