    Yes, mating shield bugs. They often smell bad.

    I'm not sure about silver fish. We used to have them in my family's house in the kitchen drawers. Horrid things. I guess it was crumbs they were after.

    Silverfish ... a common sight in my childhood ... they like the dark and the damp .... often found under sink units and baths ... go in the dark room at night and turn the light on and watch them all scurry for the shadows.  

    Keep places dry ... deal with any damp issues ... other tips for dealing with them here

    Omg this is making my skin crawl. Need to get rid fast xx thanks everyone.

    Saw something that looked liked that shield bug when cleaning beaches last week. Never seen one before. It was on my clothes. Do they like seaweed?? x
