Identify bug

Please can someone recognise this beastie?? I have had a few in the house now and don't know if I am bringing them in on my shoes or the dog. Tiny, looks like a wee fish and moves fast. Seems legless. YUK xx what are they and how can I get rid??

I have them too..........in my bathroom. They are supposed to be a sign of dampness.

OMG Thanks but I am worried sick now. I just moved and they are only in my bedroom. Only seen three so far. Give me the heebies. House has no damp and wooden floors no carpets.
