I got a free pack of Gardeners delight from a magazine, they were only okay and not a patch on the Mountain Magic that I've also been growing. These were originally grown from F1 hybrid seeds 4 years ago and I've been selecting seeds since then. Firm, very sweet, rarely split, rarely drop, supposedly offer some blight resistance, reasonable yield (less than G.Delight). I could live off of these things!
Sweet Aperitif are my top tasting this year with Sweet Million a close second. The red cherry given away as seeds on the front of the magazine started cropping earlier but aren't anywhere near as tasty.
I have grown tomatoes in pots this years so I specifically selected cherry tomatoes - Garden Pearl tastes good and Tumbling Tom...will look to grow these again in pots next year and also try a new variety also suited to pots!
Two of the best are Alicante and Gardeners delight, both heavy croppers, but the good old Moneymaker, which I grew again this year were very nice indeed. Tough skin problem again this year, grown in Polycarb greenhouse, which in my opinion is the culprit, what do you think. Derek.

It's the row I stop and taste almost every time I'm in the polytunnel.
