    Still lots of tomatoes coming out near the top.  Are the yellow flowers too late to develop fully this year?

    I have stopped my plants but there are flowers still at the top. Unlikely to have a long enough season to ripen unless they are cherries, but we live in hope.😁

    purpleallim:  I took all the tops off leaving one set of leaves to each truss of flowers on each 3 weeks ago (it's hard to see from the photo).  Most of them are cherries but last year any ones that didn't ripen went to making green tomato chutney - which turned out nice.

    Usually mine would be like yours too but had a late start. Then with the heat holding them up am now weeks behind. Hope we have an Indian summer this September or will have lots of green toms, unfortunately hubby does not like green tom chutney lol.

    Looks to me that you keep most of the leaves on, have you considered thinning out a little to ripen?
