After a perfectly glorious day yesterday its spitting with rain this morning. Overcast and looking like it might get worse, no playing outside today. It must be time to start making my grandsons advent calendars..........

  • Hammering it down on the Kent/East Sussex border today.  Plants will be enjoying it hopefully.  Was planting some bulbs last week and the plugs from the bulb planter (which are normally solid blocks of Wadhurst clay) were just turning to dust.

Perfect gardening weather. Plenty of sun, no wind and mild.  :)
  • Nice dry day here too - light wind, plenty of sunshine and not cold, although it is cooling down rapidly now that the sun has gone and dusk is setting in.
