Can't make it's mind up here, lovely and sunny for a while then overcast, supposed to rain later. My kind of temperature (around 17C) although it is quite windy!

Are the eye test and apple search connected @GWRS ? Good luck with the search anyway, I tried to identify our trees when we moved here but failed dismally, now they are both gone. One was uprooted in '87 and the other was smothered by a sycamore - also now gone thank goodness.

We had good weather at Lake Maggiore on holiday in Italy, apart from one cloudy day.

Yesterday, here in Dordogne, it poured in the morning, was sunny and warm in the afternoon then there was a thunderstorm in the evening.

Supposed to be sunny now but it's cloudy. Another storm forecast for late afternoon. Hope it's dry long enough to dry the washing.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • 14.18 we are just having a shower but has been dry all morning 18°C with a blustery breeze 10kn from the SSE at the moment.

Much cooler today, although only needed a coat in case of rain rather than for warmth.

Horrible out there this morning - storm Callum. I notice that the temperature is not dropping much with it though.
