Identify purple poop found in garden

Blackberries or elderberries will create lovely purple poo. Local blackbirds deliver hefty purple splats at this time of year.
I agree large purple turd likely to be fox as they are omnivorous foragers and will eat anything.

Yes, it looks like blackberry-eating fox. But it should absolutely stink if it is fox. The nearest thing to it is ammonia.
Sorry, just read that edit. No idea then.
Carmarthenshire (mild, wet, windy). Loam over shale, very slightly sloping, so free draining. Mildly acidic or neutral.
